What is the Gamestaar Guarantee?
We guarantee that we will pay out on your goods via your nominated method of payment within 24 hours of receiving them. We are so confident in our guarantee that we will double your money if we don't meet our own standard!
What payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques, money transfer, cash or other forms of payment. Our games are priced in GBP
What countries do you sell to?
UK & European customers are able to purchase games through us. Should you live outside Europe and wish to purchase from us, please contact customers services who will be able to help.
What countries do you except trades/part exchanges from?
Currently we are only able to except trade ins/part exchanges from our UK based customers. 
Can I return something if I have ordered it incorrectly?
Yes, just return the item in the original packaging and send it to us within seven days from receipt.
What do I do if I have received a faulty product?
Please go to our returns page for more detailed information about product returns.
How long does it take to get paid?
Once your order has arrived, we pay you with 24hrs of receipt! We will keep you updated, but you can also check the status in your Order History by logging into your Gamestaar account.
Why isn't my game listed on your website?

Our database is updated regularly to coincide with new releases, however in the event that your game is not listed on please contact customer services who will be more than happy to help.



What happens if I haven’t received my payment?

If your cheque was sent over 7 working days ago then please check that the address listed on your account is correct before contacting customer services to organise another payment.

If you have chosen to be paid by BACs transfer and not received it 3 working days from the date it was transferred then please contact us and we can see what has happened. If your payment has failed due to incorrect details then we will also contact you to verify your bank details again.

Are there a minimum number of items I can sell to you?
We ask that you trade in games that equal a minimum value of £30.
Do you buy Games without the case?
We only purchase Games with all artwork and inlays, undamaged and unmarked. Unfortunately we do not buy Games without cases.
Do you offer more than competitors and do you price match?
We believe we offer fair value based on the speedy service we provide and don't take competitors offers into consideration so unfortunately we are unable to price match.
How long do I have to send my trade items in?

We need to receive your package within 7 days from the day that you completed the trade. Otherwise your trade will expire. A helpful member of our team will email a week before your trade is due to expire to remind you.

How do you determine how much you pay for my games?
Two very special members of our team set our buy-in and part exchange prices. They aim to give you as much as possible for your gamess while making sure we are light years ahead of our competition.
